No, not at all. It's too much of a liability. As Greek said sometimes to LEO's and sometimes even to military men from foreign countries but never civilians. If you want to be a K9 handler in the military you must join the military and work towards that goal. Dutch mentioned Calgary...the Canadian Mounties have the best tracking dogs in the WORLD bar NONE. I have heard of them training civilians but I'm not sure under what cirstances. Leerburg sells a video on hard surface tracking that the Canadian Mounties pretty much "teach". Also, militaries have the worst trained protection dogs on the planet. If you want to learn solid protection work you'd be better off gambling with a random sport protection training (sad, I know). It's best to learn from , those who train LEO's (hint hint). Try a Bernhard Flinks seminar and steer clear of Helmut...(you'll know who they are once you do the proper research required before trying to learn to train serious protection work).

OK so we've had these hillbilly people next door that are apprently from a roofing business fixing the business next door that my landlord owns (it's connected to the house). My landlord told me that they are just fixing the place up...but for the past 3 months that they've been there they have been there every day...HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX INTERIOR. I've finished a basement before...it took 7 days! and that was a HUGE basement! They sleep in that place and sleep in their cars and trucks. They had an older dog on the premise that would hobble over to me when I was training mine in the parking lot.(Im a dog trainer) They BLOCK my garage so I can't back my car out with their cars. They have another big dog that I found sitting on my porch. I brought him back to the manager (who looked stoned) and he told me that he was watching it for a friend that likes to get drunk and it must of gotten loose. The dog barks all the time at night and in the morning and runs loose. Today I was putting my almost 4 month old down for bed and I heard them yelling at each other. I look out side and the manager of the so called "roofing business" is swimming NAKED!!!!!!! in a pool right below our bedroom window! The pool takes up the entire back yard (that me and my husband were supposed to have FULL access to). WHAT THE HELL CAN I DO ABOUT THIS! about a month ago I saw 3 of the workers smoking mary jane! 85 yrs old and pretty healthy, than after diarrhea, malnutrition, why swollen legs?

Now in isted living, back to her old self again, except her foot and leg are swollen. They have her on water pills, but she has a bad bladder too, so she is miserabley urninating constantly. Why would her legs be swollen, and the doctor says it happens in old age, and hasn't tested her for any other causes.

Cat question about rabies?

Honestly something like this you should always call for professional help. You can choose any random vet clinic and ask if there are effects from a rabies vaccine given twice. I dont believe however that your supposed to give them that vaccine that close together. Might be making your kitty sick. Its like a double dose. I would give a vet a call just in case. These effects might not last or they might be potentially fatal. Better to be safe then sorry.

I need to downgrade my ipod touch 8gb mc model to 3.1.3 but it wont work?

Damage to car after being driven with the emgergency brake applied?

When I parked my car, I applied the emergency brake. When my mom went to back it down the driveway, she forgot to disengage the emergency brake, and continued backing down the driveway, with the brake still applied. The car was probably driven only about a quarter to a half a mile, but I want to know: Can the car suffer any serious damage from this, or do you think the car will be okay? I am sorry to say that a mouth guard would not double as a retainer. Although you have the one that molds to your teeth, a retainer is pretty much an exact copy of the outside your teeth and can therefore hold them in so your teeth do not move. Save up as soon and as fast as you can because my cousin stopped wearing her retainer and she had to get braces on again. Good luck!

Hi, at work we are all taking CFA exams. I asked my manager this week whether I could take 5 days off for the exam. He gave me 3 days but then would not let me take 2 extra days off. This girl working with me in the same department doing the exactly same job at same level got 5 days off. The reason? Cos I told him 1 week late and we just started a project 1 week ago. Which has a deadline of 3 months, apparently he cannot give me time off. Why? COS my extra 2 days off will fail the project which is due in 3 months time? There are other ppl in the same department and they have managed to get up to 2 weeks off. Why? Cos they told their managers 1 week earlier. I can see that I notified late, but I still do not think this is fair? What do you think?

Mother teaching child to mouth feed a pit bull?

A mother and her boyfriend are teaching a 2 year old to hold food in her mouth and let the pit bull take it from the child's mouth. Mother is telling the child to do this. I need to know if this is neglect, abuse, or child endangerment? Is there anything that could be done? This mother never looks out for the safety of her kids, but we really have had no way to prove it. We finally might have some proof now because they video taped it. It has now been made as replicas in places such as NYC, Singapore, and Taipei. I was under the impression that the original is at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and was built in 1970. Ok, I'm going to make the umption here that you have a Windows OS of some kind running. Good news is that it isn't your program, bad news is that you CANNOT intercept a keystroke that way and send it to another Windows application (the aforementioned Winamp, for example) because all Win32 applications get their messages from Windows ques. You have to write a Win32 compatible program in order to access these ques to message Winamp. Better to try and trap some character value directly in your program, uming it is a regular old DOS console that you're doing. As far as I know, Turbo C versions less than 3.X don't support any flavor of Windows directly. The URL below has a good tutorial on Win32 stuff, so if your compiler can do it, you can too.

Premature Baby and development?

Going to college with a newborn?

I actually was a college student the old-fashioned way when my second baby was born. He was due Sept. 9. My cles started Sept. 8. He didn't come until Sept. 20. I went off to cles (3 of them) full-term on the 8th with an understanding with my professors that at some point in time I was going to miss a few days of cles. He was born on a Sunday, I took a week off school, then returned to cles with him in a sling. We sat at the back of the room and listened to lectures together while I nursed him. My oldest was 2 years 4 months and she stayed with a wonderful woman about 5 miles from campus. When my son was a bit bigger or on days that I had labs (I had a science minor, so 2 of my cles were science cles) he stayed with his big sister. It was a challenge and required me to be very organized and my husband and I to be in close communication, but it worked out OK. Internet classes weren't an option back when he was born, but I can see how that would make it so much more doable. You can do your class work and study when your baby sleeps or even with him in your arms. I think it will work out just fine. If you have a relative close by or a good friend who could come over sometimes to help out while you study that would be wonderful, but if that isn't an option to you I still think it is very reasonable to be able to take classes and be mom to a newborn. It is very helpful if you can lower your expectations of housecleaning and hopefully your husband will go along with that or step up to help out. Clean floors and washed dishes are great, but sometimes those things have to take a back seat. It will probably be hard and exhausting, but I think you can do it.

this is decent i guess. I think you should skip the whole Dark Blade/Kiryu strategy cause union monsters can be a hel especially for this card if you don't have dark blade then your left with a 1 tribute 2000atk only monster. Also you have a lot of random cards that don't seem to blend with your deck, take out Solar flare dragon as you don't have a pyro deck and also take out your Wicked Dreadfoot/Eraser cards as they not only slow down your deck but they don't go with your theme. there are other changes you should make but I don't have time to list replace your useless cards with some dragon tuners such as Debris Dragon, Magna Drago and The White Stone of Legend so you can add some synchros if you want. I know this is a lot but if you remember 1 thing it should be STICK TO YOUR THEME!!! cards like Eraser, Dreadfoot and Uria while cool do not go with your deck. Hope this helps 5/10

I have this "friend" that isn't all that great. I am her friend because we have known each other for a while and she claims we are more like sisters. We have the same belief system and go to the same church and should be really close but I don't think we are. She just annoys me so much and even admits to purposely doing things to tick me off. My neighbor won't stop polluting air in our apartment?

I need help knowing what to do about this. My elderly neighbor comes out of her apartment a few times per day and takes a bottle of glade air freshener and literally holds it down for a couple minutes straight, right outside my apartment door. The air comes in my apartment very strong and makes me cough and makes me feel sick. It is so strong that I have to go in my bedroom and shut the door which makes it hard for me to get things done. And when I get up the next morning it still smells like that in my apartment. I am concerned for my health because I have an autoimmune disorder and there are a lot of chemicals in Glade as well as research on detrimental effects of constant exposure to air fresheners. I have tried talking to her nicely to ask her to stop. I called my landlord and he sent her a letter but she only stopped doing it for 4 days before starting again. I think she's senile because she says she is spraying to get rid of the food smells coming into her apartment but I can't smell any food smells. Is there an organization I can call that will help me? An air pollution company in my town? The police? Any suggestions?

I'm an 18 year old guy and I live in Hyderabad, India. I moved from a quiet high cl-ish locality to a cheap-ish street like 6-7 years ago and since then I was told at home (and also personally felt) that these people were like cheap. They harred young girls, boys and other random people, made gangs and did(do) nasty stuff. So I ignored them since them. I was a kid and I didn't know stuff and they were like really older than me, So they called me up and asked "How many sisters do i have? Can dental anesthetic/medication lead to a false positive result on a hair drug test?

A Good Snake for Me, any suggestions?

Okay, so i have had experience with snakes in the past, owned 2 corn snakes, and almost everyday catch King snakes and Gopher snakes in my backyard. I am very interested in getting a new snake, nothing really common like a Ball Python or another corn, i would like something exotic. I have MORE than enough time to take care of an exotic snake, but i don't want anything too large. What do I do now? Electrical problems in my car.?

So I started having problems a few months ago with my car dying. First I replaced the battery and the alternator. Car seemed to be working fine. After about a month and a half my car started to die again. Something is killing the power in my car. I replaced the serpentine belt because I thought perhaps it was slipping on the alternator and was quite worn anyway. It is still dying. I think the next cheapest fix might be a bad ground. How do I check this? Other than that there is got to be a parasitic drain in the system somewhere. Whats the best way to diagnose that? Seriously, plugging my car into the charger every night so I can get to and from work is starting worry me about maybe ruining my battery and I'd like to get this fixed soon. PLEASE HELP.

If you are renting the machine, the supplier should be ok with giving you a generous estimate of the paper you are apt to need. They sell more this way. Then return the rest. The disk sander is a bit tricky and you should probably try it out on a piece of scrap to help get the feel befor starting the floor. It helps also if you have fairly strong arms and hands. It is easier to control this way. Not sure about the bags. ask the rental person.

I think people are jumping to conclusions, based on similarity. I have read many books, and none of them had those allegedy copied words. But if you did copy them, you should know where from. And you need to know that 1. There is a law called, Fair Use Law, which could help you. 2. that if a book's copy right is older than 55 years old, and never got renewed, the entire book is fair game/public domain. That info could help you, too.

Ok I'm not up for the idea of NASCAR helping guys win races, but I do think they throw phantom cautions near the end to tighten the field again or get a top driver back on the lead lap or back in contention to win. Like at Talladega, NASCAR extended the caution for Ryan Newman's crash so it can go GWC and there will be less of a chance of Jimmie Johnson wrecking. That I know happens because I remember during the Busch race at Talladega in 2007 they threw a caution for a soda can down by the inside wall on the frontstretch. And this was while the field was starting to spread out a little bit. Do they do it to set up a good finish? Yes. Do they do it to get drivers back in contention? Yes.
