Ok so people swimming naked in a pool?

OK so we've had these hillbilly people next door that are apprently from a roofing business fixing the business next door that my landlord owns (it's connected to the house). My landlord told me that they are just fixing the place up...but for the past 3 months that they've been there they have been there every day...HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX INTERIOR. I've finished a basement before...it took 7 days! and that was a HUGE basement! They sleep in that place and sleep in their cars and trucks. They had an older dog on the premise that would hobble over to me when I was training mine in the parking lot.(Im a dog trainer) They BLOCK my garage so I can't back my car out with their cars. They have another big dog that I found sitting on my porch. I brought him back to the manager (who looked stoned) and he told me that he was watching it for a friend that likes to get drunk and it must of gotten loose. The dog barks all the time at night and in the morning and runs loose. Today I was putting my almost 4 month old down for bed and I heard them yelling at each other. I look out side and the manager of the so called "roofing business" is swimming NAKED!!!!!!! in a pool right below our bedroom window! The pool takes up the entire back yard (that me and my husband were supposed to have FULL access to). WHAT THE HELL CAN I DO ABOUT THIS! about a month ago I saw 3 of the workers smoking mary jane! I called my landlord and this is the 2nd complaint I put in about the hillbillies. I swear, I've seen some hillbilly white trash bullshit in my lifetime, but this takes the cake.
