Where can I find a patent lawyer that can be paid on a contingency basis?

I am seeking a patent lawyer in the US that I can make an agreement with to pay on a contingency basis - one who will work on contract for future payment. I have attempted to get a referral from my state bar ociation, but have been unsuccessful. Are there other places I can try to find such a patent lawyer?
