Definitely sounds promising. I would take a chance to actually stop her, mid stream the next time she's on top of you and ask her to be serious, for just a moment. Then kiss her gently. She will respond, then positive or negative, you have your answer on your chances with this girl. She could just be a tease, and like the control or attention.
