What i should i do get ipod or save money?

My birthday i get 100$ nd i got 50$ right now nd my last ipod nano got stolenwhile walking in mall in Denver so i needs ze new one wit de camera nd stuff but idk if i should save my money or get an ipod nano the new ones, any suggestions on what else i could buy?
