Going to the Air Force NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!?

those requirments are a suggestion. if you are over the weight they want they do not disqualify you. they check your body fat % your recruiter wont tell u that. but the easy way to lose weight and boost ur metabolism is to eat less for each meal but eat 7-8 SMALL meals a day. water is extremely well recommended but if you dont like water try flavored or other things similar to it. diets and everything else people tell you to do for weight loss are extremely subjective and suppliments/vitamins may disqualify you when they do your blood testing. there is a chance they wont as well but i dont know you might as well be safe
