US: Why do hispanics insist on spelling their names with all those marks?

What hispanics are you referring to? And why do you care how they spell/write their names? We can write and spell our names any damn way we please... FYI: Puerto Rico is a territory of the USA and considered part of America so you can take your rant and shove it immediately.
